Join us to launch the new Guide for Planning Mass Evacuations in Disasters (MED), developed by the Global CCCM Cluster. This webinar aims to strengthen evacuation preparedness by exploring the practical use of the MED toolkit.

 

Participants will gain insight into the Guide’s key features and updates and engage in a collaborative exchange on adapting and applying it to diverse operational contexts. Guest speakers will share their experience with rolling out the Guide in the Philippines and Vanuatu. Designed for government actors, humanitarian organizations, and disaster risk management practitioners, the session offers a space to share experiences, challenges, and opportunities for advancing people-centered evacuation planning for disaster preparedness.
